Last Authentic Relating / Primal Play session of the year! (From me, at least 😁 Shay will return with AM&H in February, 2025 🥳 )I’ll be following the structure from Almond, Milk & Honey, so if you’re familiar with Shay's sessions, expect something quite similar. We’ll begin with a few playful games to get to know one another before transitioning into primal play.
