Developed by ART (Authentic Relating Training) International and drawn from diverse disciplines, it's a non-dogmatic, practical approach that's accessible to everyone. At its core, AR is about being real (authentic) and truly connecting (relating), making the hidden visible to foster trust, empathy, and wholeness.

These practices are guided by five foundational values:
- Welcome Everything: Embrace all emotions, sensations, and thoughts without judgment, creating space for genuine humanity.
- Assume Nothing: Notice and check your assumptions with curiosity, leading to present-moment understanding.
- Reveal Your Experience: Share vulnerably to let yourself be seen and known, building intimacy.
- Own Your Experience: Take responsibility for your feelings and impacts, empowering personal growth without blame.
- Honor Self and Other: Balance your needs with others', acting with dignity and humility for mutual respect.
In this 4 hour practice session by Pranath (trained to Level 2 with ART International), he will share with you skills and practices he has learned from his ART training.
You'll step into a safe, supportive space to explore AR through a series of dynamic, creative exercises, also known as 'authentic relating games'.
These AR practices will guide you through reflective moments, interactive exchanges, and playful explorations—each designed to unlock new ways of relating.
No prior experience is needed, and everything is optional, allowing you to engage at your own pace.
Practising these exercises could open doors to richer interactions in your life, giving you the skills and practice to foster a deeper sense of presence and connection in your everyday life.
