NO CLASS FEBRUARY 5th!Join us for weekly gatherings to practice and play with true expression, deep presence, witnessing others, and creating authentic connection.
We will play connection games that facilitate dropping our social scripts and habitual ways of relating, and grow our skills and capacities that allow us to relate to our world in a more honest, compassionate, and co-operative way.
You will leave with deeper relationships, better communication and more connection with yourself and others. There will be laughter and play all the while.
Folks of all identifications are welcomed into this space.

Your facilitator: Abby is an experienced Authentic Relating and Circling facilitator. She brings her decades of experience as a Buddhist meditator and practitioner, her knowledge as an Embodied Boundaries mentor and coach, and her dedication to fun and play into these Authentic Relating Nights. She is a lover of cat memes, competitive board games, and wandering aimlessly.
