Join our Authentic Relating Circle, a space where connection awakens and presence intensifies.
Here we practice the art of embodied communication, speaking from the present moment and listening with full awareness. Through reflective listening, sharing the impact of words and actions, and exploring our own stories, we open doors to deeper understanding and richer, more nourishing relationships.
Each circle begins with a gentle connect-to-self meditation, grounding us in the present. We move into exercises in pairs or small groups that invite trust, playfulness, and stepping toward our edges. We play games that move the body and spark improvisation. After each experience, we return to the full circle to share reflections, insights, and discoveries, allowing connection to ripple outward through the group.
This is a space for curiosity, joy, and presence. A place where edges soften, barriers begin to yield, and authentic connection takes root. Each session is an invitation to practice connection, awaken authenticity, and leave feeling more alive, more seen, and more connected. You will carry away actionable skills to enrich your relationships and the way you meet the world.
