Female-identifying and non-binary humans.
Who are the facilitators?
Jimena- facilitator, group therapist, psychotherapist and Authentic Relating nerd.
Jo- facilitator, maternity photographer, creator and mental health worker.
No experience needed - just a willingness to be present, open, and human.
