Dee Bodle and Rafael Gomes, with a combined experience of 40 years in teaching and managing a commercial Pilates Studio, bring their wealth of knowledge from a Contemporary, Classical and Authentic Pilates background to their Pilates Teacher Training programme. Having trained with some of the industry's best and most knowledgeable elders from the Romana strand, they share their expertise through The Bodeswell Academy, their teacher training institute.
This intensive program covers both Mat work and Pilates Studio equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Pediopole, and various small pieces of equipment. Following the Authentic Pilates method, the teaching approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Utilising your knowledge and intuition, you'll design healing programs addressing diverse pathologies and morphologies (postures). The aim is to make thoughtful adjustments that enhance client comfort, strength, flexibility and overall body control.
The deep content of this programme will provide you with the tools to work in a Pilates Studio or work alongside a physical therapist.
Whether you're an aspiring or existing Pilates Teacher, this program is crafted for those seeking to embrace an Authentic traditional approach. It empowers teachers to engage clients effectively, fostering a desire for ongoing sessions.
