Authentic Movement invites us to follow the flow of internal sensations & impulses without premeditated demands or external soundscapes. What we discover is an exquisite freedom to fully "be” ourselves. This six week exploration offers an opportunity to explore a range of authentic movement practices through structured exercises, art making & reflection. The series is appropriate for both beginners and more experienced movers. Each weekly class builds on what came before.
NOTE: Please register in advance as spaces are limited and a minimum number of participants is required for the series to take place.
