Join us for a taste of the real Mexico. Our chef has recently traveled and will talk about the journey, the ingredients, the sourcing and of course how to make them authentic.
The course is hands on
We'll try making fresh tortillas, we make salsa ,
Tostada with scallop and chilli or shaved jicama salad with avocado ice
Ancho Braised Beef or Chesnut mushrooms with sweet onions and grated cojita
With guava and cilantro rice

No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive credit for future class, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
