Authentic Italian Cooking Class
Ciao foodies! Are you ready to master the art of Italian cuisine? Join us for an Authentic Italian Cooking Class in Lincoln, CA. Giovanna Raccosta, a very talented Italiana from Sicily will be presenting an Authentic ITALIAN COOKING CLASS that will have your tastebuds begging for more.
Giovanna will be traveling to Sacramento from Las Vegas to share her cooking skills with those who would love to learn how to cook the true Italian way. We will learn the secrets to making pasta by hand and learn how to make 3 simple sauces to go with it. We’ll make 3 tasty protein dishes, 3 veggie dishes, a focaccia bread from scratch, and.....no Italian meal is complete without i dolci (sweet desserts.)
After the class, we will sit down and enjoy dinner with our delicious creations. Invite your friends and family. Wives, surprise your hubbies!!! Hubbies, come and improve those cooking skills!
