Across the evening, you’ll take part in four guided interactions — some chosen by you, some by chance. Each round includes a new set of instructions designed to help you drop the masks and connect authentically.

Each interaction lasts around 10–15 minutes, and at the end, you’ll have the opportunity to discreetly share your contact details on a piece of paper (bring your own pen!).

You always have full agency: share as much or as little as you wish. Consent is a guiding principle of Authentic Dating.

These events typically attract men in their 20s to 50s. While you may not do every exercise with someone in your preferred age group, you will still have the opportunity to explore the flavour of each connection, and learn communication skills that you use to enhance your social life beyond the workshop.

Dresscode: Whatever makes you comfortable. The venue is shoes-off with floor seating (however if you need a chair just ask).
Substances: Alcohol and drug-free — but plenty of tea will be flowing.
Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend.
