Life can feel heavy when we’re carrying roles, expectations, and responsibilities that no longer align with who we truly are. Many of us find ourselves moving through the motions—performing at work, showing up in relationships, or holding everything together—yet feeling unseen, unheard, or disconnected inside. You may be craving real conversations, safe community, or simply a place to exhale and just be.

That’s why we created Authentic Connections.

This is an open-hearted space where you can explore what it feels like to release judgment, drop the need to fix or perform, and connect with others who are also longing for a deeper, truer way of living. Together, we share, listen, and hold each other in compassion—because healing happens when we remember we don’t have to do it alone.

Your Hosts:
✨ Mary Rust – Holistic Health & Life Coach, guide of the Love and Nourish programs, and practitioner of integrative body–mind–soul healing. Mary’s work is rooted in self-love, presence, and the belief that transformation begins within.

✨ Brenna Galves – Licensed acupuncturist and holistic practitioner who integrates Chinese medicine with care for the whole person—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Brenna creates a safe, compassionate space where people can restore balance and rediscover wholeness.

Together, we hold Authentic Connections as a sanctuary for community, healing, and genuine self-expression.

Join us on the first Friday of each month at The Forge Event Center in Loveland, Colorado for a one-of-a-kind group centered around like-minded individuals who yearn to Authentically Connect.

For those longing to go deeper, we’ve designed a private, paid membership space where you’ll learn how and why we Authentically Connect, with more time for sharing, healing, and integration.
