About this Event
Yo! Finally my dream of cooking for large amount of people comes true: I'll do my first popup kitchen!
Main Dish:
Option 1: Re Gan Mian. The most significant & famous food from my hometown Wuhan. A city you guys should know by now.
Option 2: Umami Stew. Packed with different tofu & mushrooms. Watch out, you might have a Umami overdose.
Sides:
Rotkohl Salad but Chinese style. A little spicy with tingling sensation.
Edemame with soy sauce & sesame oil dressing.
Gewürzed Tofu Salad.
Halogen Peanuts. Slow cooked peanuts with many herbs.
Pricing: 9 euros for main dish and 2 sides.
You can eat there or take away.
