Trail runners, road runners, bush walkers and adventurers ALL WELCOME! 🚗 6:00 it’s about 1:50 from Lane Cove so leaving by 6am will give you plenty of time
👯 8:00 meet at Sherwood Cafe Kahibah
🏃🏽 run/jog/walk the fernleigh track, or glen rock trail. You could run up to 30km on the track or a combo of trail and track (uninterrupted!). It’s out and back so any distance is possible.
☕️ Grab a post run refreshment
🍳 head to 8 Gurra Place Charlestown for a swim and brunch barbie
🥵 it’s expected to be hot, both tracks are shaded, but carrying water and wearing aero guard is recommended!
