Celebrate Australia Day 2025 in Portarlington with a fun free event for families. We celebrate Australia Day in the spirit of the National Australia Day Council message - Reflect, Respect, Celebrate - we're all part of the story.The event commences Sunday January 26 and concludes Monday January 27. It comprises a Dog Fashion Parade, Egg/Bacon Sandwich Giveway, Children's Face Painting, Live Music, Free flags for people picnicking in WG Little Park, RSL BBQ and Social Bowls. In addition to acknowledge local past and present Australia Award Recipients for the community leaders they are we are hosting an invitation only afternoon tea.
