On May 1st TGL Austin opens at 11:00 a.m.
Wave 1 - 12:00 noon Wave 2 - 3:30 p.m. Wave 3 - 7:00 p.m.
AT eXhibitions - 10:30 p.m. - 12:00 midnight
Game time slots will be confirmed 7 days prior to the event by order of the amount of entrants. (As a community it is beneficial to sign up early)
PLAYERS WITH MULTIPLE GAME ENTRIES: Any conflict of multiple entered games within the same wave will be notified via Discord 3 days prior to the event and on-site. Player will have the option to resolve conflict by (1) accepting refund of Prize pool fee or (2) accept the risk of potential disqualification. Please be aware that due to the compact schedule if you’re 5 mins late to a match within the 15 min assigned playtime block you will forfeit the match and it will count as a loss.

Tournament Format
2 entrants: First to 10
3-6 entrants: Round Robin Format
7-32 entrants: Double Elimination
The event will be broadcast live Ultra Arcade, ATX Esports, and TGL twitch
The following guidelines will be in accordance with the CDC
- 100% temperature check upon entry.
Electrostatic disinfectant sprayer (50 microns) and UV wavelength sterilizer will be used between waves to minimize surface germs
- Expanded outdoor viewing area 150-inch projector screens to improve social distancing (weather permitting)
- Stations are arranged in either head-to-head or side-by-side format to maximize social distancing
- Mask not required if fully vaccinated but we highly recommend it. (we reserve the right to change this rule according to increase or decrease of Covid-19 cases)
- Why? Our previous May 1st “test event” New Normal, We were able to gauge the community and more than 70% were fully inoculated or have had at least their first Covid-19 Vaccination. Free parking available in the main lot and street side on Concordia Avenue just past the building. Please do not park in the lots of the businesses next door, in the square lot on the corner of Concordia, and I35 Frontage Street, or YOU WILL BE TOWED!
