Join us for a transformative 2.5-day immersion where we will explore and cultivate personal and interpersonal awareness and expression through various activities, including:• Relational exercises
• Relateful Focus and Flow practices
• Physical movement
We’ll also play with the question of our relationship to life. Our time together will be thoughtfully structured and remain fluid, as we listen to what wants to emerge. We will give and receive continual feedback as we share our experiences. We'll go deep and we’ll have fun!

Valerie Daniel & Stephanie Hagemeister
__Valerie__ is the Managing Director of Relateful Co. She has been practicing and leading Relatefulness for 9 yrs. Valerie is the lead instructor of the Relateful Coaching Course and she also provides personal coaching for groups, couples and one-on-one clients. In addition, she is an instructor for the Level Up Relatefulness Facilitator Training and facilitates on-line and in-person Relateful sessions.
__Stephanie__ is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Coach, Relateful Facilitator, and certified Yoga Therapist with 10 years experience leading groups into their hearts and bodies. Her aim is to help people feel safe while connecting authentically to experience more meaningful relationships. She guides individuals 1:1 and offers workshops in Austin, TX and online.

• Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. We’ll be starting on time. If you’ll be late, please let us know.
• This practice is designed for people who are able to take agency and say “yes” and “no” as needed. If you don’t have that agency, this weekend is probably not right for you.
• Join us for an optional group dinner out after the immersion officially closes Sunday night to laugh, debrief or not debrief, and share in the afterglow of our weekend together.
