We will have some fun talking about real estate and visit a Multifamily property in Round Rock. Both men and women investors/to-be investors are welcome.
It's a 52-unit property but in two locations (32 + 20 units) which are 5 minutes apart.

1, 1:30pm - 3:00pm Networking and discussion about the most recent market info., resources and opportunities

from there, we will go carpool to the property or you can drive your car if you don't want to come back.
2, 3:00pm - 3:30pm Multifamily tour
