You are invited to join other parents on January 26 for a panel of Austin Jewish Day Schools, moderated by Dana Baruch, Senior Director of Shalom Austin's Zeifman Family Early Childhood Program, and Founder and founding Board Chair of the Austin Jewish Academy.Dan Senor, Jewish-American political adviser, commentator and author, emphasizes that Jewish day schools are indispensable for building strong Jewish identity and community resilience. He argues that they are not just educational institutions but “living, breathing Jewish communities” where children absorb Judaism deeply and develop confidence and pride. Jewish day schools don’t just teach academics; they shape identity, instilling cultural resilience and community commitment.
At this program, you will hear from the leaders of Austin Jewish Academy, Tamim Academy, and Hadar Jewish Classical Academy to learn about what each unique school has to offer. In additional to the panel, there will be an opportunity to converse with each leader and sign up for school tours.
