Austin Fuchs is a young baritone saxophonist from the Northern Colorado area. Studying under Andrew Janak, Allison Young, and the renowned Gary Smulyan, his drive and passion aims to keep this beautiful instrument alive.
Returning to the Moxi Theatre this year to celebrate the holidays following the release of his debut Christmas album last November. The Austin Fuchs Septet is comprised of some of Colorados finest young musicians featuring Zach Kaufman on the trombone, Tanner Black on trumpet, Brody Mundt on guitar, Scarlett Before-Horses on keys, Joshuandika LeClere on bass, and Elijah Fusco on drums.
