Who can attend?
Our event is open to all real estate brokers, agents, developers, and investors. Out of respect for our monthly sponsors, we ask vendors (other than the ones affiliated with the sponsor) not to attend our meetings. If you happen to be a vendor, we would love to have you sponsor a future event. Please contact us for more information about sponsorship opportunities.
Do I need to RSVP?
You do not need to register to attend our events. HOWEVER, we strongly encourage you to do so in order that we can properly plan. Links to attend our event virtually are only sent out to individuals that RSVP. These links are typically sent out a hour or so before the event.
Where is the event?
We are pleased to announce that as of our May 23 meeting, Austin Title will be hosting our events for the remainder of 2023 and beyond. Their offices are located on the first floor of Stonebridge Plaza II building, located along the SB frontage road of N Mopac between Capital of Texas hwy (360) and Research Blvd (Hwy 183). The Austin Title office is located on the first floor of the SOUTH office tower.
Where do I park?
The two office towers at Stonebridge Plaza have a shared parking garage. The parking garage can be accessed from the SB frontage Road of North Mopac. There is also a rear entrance to the garage from Stonelake Blvd, as well as secondary entrances from Tudor Blvd (between Buca Di Beppo and the Hyatt Hotel); and York Blvd (on the North end near Baby A's). The most convenient entrance to the south tower is through the glass portico located on the ground level of the parking garage.
