OPERATORS
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment
– Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating machinery in a manufacturing/industrial environment
– Licensing: Must have a valid license for operating forklifts or cranes (or willing to obtain one)
– Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including business systems, email, and Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Operate and maintain industrial sample preparation/production equipment
– Prepare and inspect samples for smelting, ensuring safety compliance
– Handle and operate furnaces, mills, sieves, and other processing equipment
– Conduct basic material calculations and register material flows in IT systems
– Ensure contamination-free batch separation and proper sample packaging
– Drive forklifts, high-lift stackers, and cranes as needed
– Follow strict health, safety, and environmental protection protocols
– Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges
– Track KPIs and implement corrective actions for process improvements
MATERIAL HANDLER
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum of 3 years practical experience in related logistics professions with profound experience in operating either forklift, wheel loader or excavator
– Possess driving license for at least one of the following: forklifts, wheel loader, excavator, crane
– Solid knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices in the workplace
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Professional operation of heavy mobile equipment such as but not limited to forklifts, wheel loaders, excavators in a safe and orderly manner
– Execute a limited number of largely recurring, defined activities in the logistics department, such as but not limited to unloading of trucks, storing, and documenting material flows, loading trucks, and maintaining various heavy mobile equipment
– The operation also includes cleaning and, if necessary, simple maintenance work. The employee usually performs tasks according to clear instructions
– Responsibility to load, unload, and move materials within trailers, trucks or near plant, yard, or work site, including preparation and shipping of customer orders along with tracking of said orders and other inventory movement within computerized system
– Typical additional duties may include but are not limited to checking inventory, executing product counts, weighing, and tagging products, using a bar code scanner, using a shrink wrapper, loading/unloading trucks, light cleaning of the warehouse and data entry
– Complying with company instructions e.g., on health & safety, environmental protection
– Complying with company rules and regulations
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
REQUIREMENTS
– Extensive hands-on experience with heavy industrial hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and control valves
– Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery, including principles of operation and maintenance requirements
– Proficiency in using hand and power tools to perform mechanical and hydraulic repairs and adjustments
– Familiarity with diagnostic tools and instruments for troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic issues
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects or equipment
– Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting, specifically with heavy hydraulic systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Perform preventive maintenance tasks on heavy industrial mechanical and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
– Conduct regular inspections of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment, identifying and addressing any malfunctions, abnormalities, or signs of wear and tear
– Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial mechanical and hydraulic issues, determining the root cause and implementing necessary repairs or adjustments
– Repair or replace faulty components, such as hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, bearings, belts, valves, or gears, to restore functionality
– Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory
– Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities and optimize equipment performance
– Comply with safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
E&I TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENTS
– 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, Controls Technician, or similar role
– High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field preferred
– Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
– Deep knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control devices
– Experience with SCADA, DCS, HMI, and other control software systems
– Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Install, Maintain, and Repair: Oversee control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI, to ensure reliability and optimal performance
– Troubleshoot and Optimize: Diagnose and resolve control system issues efficiently, applying technical skills to reduce downtime
– Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, calibrations, and maintenance on control and instrumentation systems
– Technical Collaboration: Work alongside engineers and team members to design, upgrade, and modify systems for continuous improvement
– Documentation: Keep thorough records of all maintenance activities, including updates to schematics, technical manuals, and system documentation
– Hands-On Equipment Proficiency: Install and troubleshoot motor starters, control devices, limit switches, sensors, and power supplies, with a demonstrated understanding of PNP and NPN logic
– Voltage Expertise: Confidently handle AC and DC voltages (480V to 24V)
