TO ALL FOREIGN EXHIBITORS:
i. You are required to have MICROCHIPPED the cats entered in the show with ISO Microchip. Other type of microchips is not readable by our government personnel at KLIA and is accordingly not acceptable.
ii. You are required to supply FLIGHT DETAILS (flight numbers/point of embarkation/time of: arrival/departure of cats).
iii. Animal related information:
a. Details of CAT OWNER/PASSPORT NUMBER/CONTACT NUMBER/EMAIL and CAT DETAILS (CAT NAME, BREED, DOB, SEX, COLOR & MICROCHIP #)
b. Pictures of animals (full body)
c. Animal vaccination records including rabies vaccination (min 1 month before travel date)

BEFORE 15 DECEMBER 2025. We will not be responsible for your quarantine waiver should you fail to furnish the above correct requirement before the closing date & no refund will be make for such.
v. Your cats entered in the show are only allowed to stay two (2) days before and two (2) days after the show. NO Extension is allowed. Violator of the quarantine waiver shall be charge by the local authority (MAQIS).
vi. Take note that the entry and exit point will be at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia (KUL) ONLY.
vii. Take note that the quarantine waiver application will be applied by the show committee. Our government will not entertain individual applicant for quarantine waiver for the purpose of attending our show.
viii. All IMPORT/EXPORT documentation (including health certificate) must be applied by our appointed government approved agent.
ix. All cats will have to stay at the designated show hotel and are not allowed outside of the said hotel except when travelling to the show hall and being at the show hall during the advertised show hours.
x. Failure to comply with the aforementioned rules will result in refusal of quarantine waiver applications. NO substitution of entries can be made after the Closing Date.
CAGES:
Single cages 23.5” x 17”. No more than two (2) kittens or one (1) adult may be benched in a single cage.
GENERAL:
• This is a non-vetted show, and all entries are expected to be free from fleas/fungus and should be inoculated against Feline Panleukopenia, Calici virus and Rhinotracheitis at least 1 month and not more than 12 months before entry.
• Please have your cat vac card ready for inspection.
• Your cat will be asked to remove from the show hall without any refund should your cat fail to meet the above requirement.
• All foreign entries must have been vaccinated for Rabies at least 1 month and not more than 12 months prior to entry.
• All claws MUST be clipped prior to benching. No kittens under 4 months are allowed in the show hall.
• Household Pets over 8 months of age must be spayed/neutered.
• Declawed cats are not eligible for entry.
• Foreign exhibits may have to undergo a vetting process and microchip verification (ISO Microchip) by the government vets on show day for health certificate issuance.
FOOD & LITTER:
• Cage liners WILL NOT be provided. Bring your own litter pan, food/water bowls, and cat food. Cat litter will be provided upon request.
AWARDS:
• Ribbons and rosettes will be awarded for all finals in compliance with TICA Show Rules.
• All Championship, Alter, registered kittens and registered HHP will be scored.
