AURA Series ~ EMOTIONAL ~ Sacred Sound & Magical Rituals
Connect to your emotional energy layer, through a guided vocal toning exercise traveling up through the chakras, combined with journaling time with prompted questions and finally resting to receive with a sensory sound bath, all designed to bring us into the emotional energy layer and connect deeper within.
What to expect
- During this workshop we'll welcome and set intentions with a short meditation and explain more about the emotional layer of the Aura
- Free spirit movement to connect to your body and allow the energy to begin to flow
- A powerful and opening vocal toning exercise through the chakras
- Time for journaling with prompts connected to the emotional Aura
- You'll lay back and relax to embark on a journey combined with supportive essential oils as you receive a sensory sound bath, with gongs, chimes, Crystal alchemy bowls and other instruments!
What you need for this experience:
- Bring a journal, or some paper & pen to reflect
- An eye mask or eye pillow is always a nice touch!
- Bring along your favorite crystals to be recharged
- Dress comfortably and come ready to relax!
Irem and Amy will be your facilitators throughout this 4-part series, both are trained sound therapists, yoga teachers and reiki practitioners. Can’t wait to explore and sense into your own unique Aura with you!

About Irem
Irem is an international Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer based in Amsterdam. She teaches yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness to individuals, companies and organisations, and offers business & marketing mentorship to healers, teachers and students. Irem uses Crystal Alchemy Bowls for healing through sacred sound vibration. She's a mentor & masterclass teacher at The Sound Healer's Academy and the creator of Introduction to Sound Healing & Crystal Alchemy Bowls training. About Amy
Amy is a modern-mystic, sound therapist, energy worker and yoga teacher focused on authenticity and embodiment.
