Meet your hosts:
Nicola is a high performance coach, she specialises in female empowerment & wellbeing. She believes if you want more you need to become more, she is passionate about helping women get "unstuck" & unlock their potential to say YES to a No Limit Life, with a scientifically proven methodology in positive psychology
Cathy is an intuitive trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, transformation coach and mindfulness guide with over 25 years experience in the wellbeing world. She specialises in supporting women to rediscover their authentic selves, their power and their self-belief so they can navigate life’s difficulties with confidence, experience greater wellbeing and thrive in a way that feels aligned and congruent to them.

Kimberley Ford is the founder of video & social agency KOLLAB KREATE. An actress-turned-director who began her career as an accountant, she boldly quit accounting to attend drama school and, defying conventional timelines, returned to university at 38 to study filmmaking before launching her agency.
