Nicola is Health & Wellness business owner, Gut Health Consultant, NLP Practitioner & Positive Psychology. She believes if you want more you need to become more, she is passionate about helping women get "unstuck" & unlock their potential to say YES to a No Limit Life!
Cathy is an intuitive trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, transformation coach and mindfulness guide with over 25 years experience in the wellbeing world. She specialises in supporting women to rediscover their authentic selves, their power and their self-belief so they can navigate life’s difficulties with confidence, experience greater wellbeing and thrive in a way that feels aligned and congruent to them.
