Meet your hosts:
Nicola is Health & Wellness business owner, Gut Health Consultant, NLP Practitioner & Positive Psychology. She believes if you want more you need to become more, she is passionate about helping women get "unstuck" & unlock their potential to say YES to a No Limit Life!
Cathy is an intuitive trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, transformation coach and mindfulness guide with over 25 years experience in the wellbeing world. She specialises in supporting women to rediscover their authentic selves, their power and their self-belief so they can navigate life’s difficulties with confidence, experience greater wellbeing and thrive in a way that feels aligned and congruent to them.

Vicky has been helping female business entrepreneurs grow and establish their brands for the last 12 years by offering on-hand graphic design support as and when it is needed.
With over 25 years experience as a graphic designer, she can help you with those everyday marketing and design projects to give your branding that all-important consistency, no matter how big or small your business.
She's your graphic designer in your pocket

She will be talking about getting your branding consistent, as this is what your customers first see!
