Meet your hosts:
Nicola is Health & Wellness business owner, Gut Health Consultant, NLP Practitioner & Positive Psychology. She believes if you want more you need to become more, she is passionate about helping women get "unstuck" & unlock their potential to say YES to a No Limit Life!
Cathy is an intuitive trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, transformation coach and mindfulness guide with over 25 years experience in the wellbeing world. She specialises in supporting women to rediscover their authentic selves, their power and their self-belief so they can navigate life’s difficulties with confidence, experience greater wellbeing and thrive in a way that feels aligned and congruent to them.

OUR JANUARY SPEAKER IS JESS JOHNSON FROM SKYZACK
Jess hosted our first ever Aura event & blew us all away with her knowledge of social media, brnading & marketing! She is back on our 2nd Anniversary, to explain the ins and outs of social media; particularly how to master your business's social media, just in time for 2025!

Jess is a social media manager and trainer, having worked in the digital marketing industry for several years, she's well-versed in the everchanging environment of social media, and is happy to share her knowledge to help other businesses make their online presence the best it can be; to help drive in new customers and build a great community!

Skyzack is a close-knit team that works to create outcomes that they are proud of, while supporting independent businesses that they believe in.
From humble beginnings working out of a local café; they’ve grown by connecting with the amazing small businesses within Macclesfield, Cheshire and around the North West.
