Join us here at Saje in Orchard Park Mall for our Aura Awakening Meditation! In this class you will learn how to clear aura blocks and how to fortify your aura from being affected by outside influences. We will begin by identifying your current aura colour and exploring what that colour means in relation to your current state. We will then go through a guided meditation, supported by calming breathwork which utilizes essential oils, to learn how to clear and brighten your aura. Learn how essential oils can can be used to fortify your aura, elevate your mood, or help you to 'Power Down'. The evening will be facilitated by our in-house wiccan and light worker, Codey Moore. Feel free to bring water, as this practice will help the body to expell unwanted energy.
