August's FREE Monthly Health and Wellness Class at the Bellefonte Public Library Community Room on Thursday, August 21st, from 5:30-6:30 we are welcoming local guest practitioner, Kami McWilliams. 🧘🏼♀️🌱"Yoga came into Kami's life over a decade ago. Several years in, she was asked to certify as a teacher. Kami instantly connected with the discipline and concentrated movements of the practice. She recognized that yoga was teaching her how to move her body without injuring it. Learning breath control and harnessing the power of it has benefited her in all aspects of life.
Sharing it with others has been more deeply fulfilling than she ever imagined."
Please join us for some gentle yoga! Bring your mat and whatever props you have. Don't fret- there are some spare mats and props in case you need to borrow any. We simply ask that you refrain from wearing any scents or perfume as some of our community members are sensitive. 😊🙏🏼
