Ticket is $180 for 3 hour workshop.
A 10% discount will apply if you book for 2 or more.
Choose "Local pick-up" when check out your order. But you don't need a physical ticket, as long as the order came through and you have the email confirmation, you're good to go. I will send another email close to the date as a reminder and what to bring to the workshop.
If you're looking for a fun educational event for your workplace or likeminded friend group, or something to enhance your home schooling group, or simply want to learn how to make sourdough at home, this is for you.
This comprehensive 3 hour workshop is designed to take you through all the steps from start to finish of preparing and baking a basic sourdough loaf at home. You will have hands-on experience of all the steps and learn the how-to, the science behind each step and all the essential equipment you'll need to bake sourdough at home(optional for purchase). At the end of the workshop, you'll have a jar of live sourdough starter, a couple of doughs that we worked on in the workshop to take home to bake the same day or next day, a print-out booklet with all the details to refer back to when you bake at home. Optional purchase of any other baking tools available.
Small class max 10 per class. You'll get all the attention for hands-on instructions and ask all the questions you have!
