About this Event
An empowering and transformational workshop beginning with self-assessment and building lifelong skills for creative problem-solving and ethical decision-making, inclusivity and innovation. Participants learn design thinking and work in peer teams with guidance from Silicon Valley executives to gain skills for real-life organizational challenges. Participants will learn to empower and inspire others by also receiving hands- on feedback from visiting industry leaders. Developed and led by NIMBLE Founder Mariette Wharton, who holds an MBA with highest honors from Columbia Business School, is an exited founder, has invested in over 100 startups (including as first investor in Ring) and is CEO of Change Agent Partners.
