August Open Studios

An Open Studios event at I-Park is a unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at this open-air, private studio incubator where seven artists have been living together, and inspiring one another, for a month. They will be in their studios from 2 pm – 4 pm. You’re welcome to observe their artistic process and engage them in conversion. After 4:00, you’re invited to visit at least one new site-responsive artwork out on the land, check out our newly renovated Common Area and join us for a light reception.

Art, nature and music lovers of all ages are welcome. This is a free family-friendly event and reservations are recommended. I-Park is a non-profit organization and a $20 donation per adult is welcome and will be much appreciated. Contributions can be made in the next step (Get Tickets), by visiting our website or at the welcome table.

Due to the fragility of the artworks and the natural features at I-Park, pets are not permitted on the I-Park grounds. Important: Please note that only part of our campus is wheelchair accessible. If you would like more info on accessibility, please contact Joanne at 860-873-2468. You will be agreeing to our Visitor Code of Conduct and Photo Release when you register for Open Studios.
