Rev up your sewing machines for a heart-warming mission! 🚂❤️When: Saturday, August 31st, 1–3 PMWhere: Studio on 6th
Join us for our NICU Bonding Hearts Sewing Social—no prior machine-sewing experience required! We’ll guide you step-by-step as we stitch 100% cotton flannel hearts that carry a parent’s scent to their tiniest warrior in the NICU.
What to bring if you can (we’ve got extras!):
- Your sewing machine (and power cord)
- 100% cotton flannel fabric (no need to prewash—we’ll launder before delivery!)
- Lighter-color scraps are ideal (less dye, easier to launder), but bring whatever’s in your stash—NICU needs them all!
- Scissors or pinking shears
- Thread & water-soluble fabric pens
- Snacks & your favorite drink
The store is open, stations are set, and we’re ready for action! Let’s cut, trace, sew, and snack our way through laughter, friendship, and kindness—filling the room with love and loads of fabric hugs.
