Because people are complex and want to impress others, so being authentic can be risky. So how to do take your career to the next level? What goals do you have for your career? Who needs to be in your network to support you in getting there?
Creating a networking strategy to advance your career in the “new normal” has become more important than ever. #NetworkingGoals (#NG) provides participants with the foundational skills to build and enhance their network to advance their career. #NG will also help increase their confidence to network by creating a networking strategy specific to their professional/business goals. After #NetworkingGoals participants will learn to:
• Effectively build and maintain relationships both within and outside the organization.
• Effectively create a network of professionals for knowledge sharing and re-envisioning the places we work, play, and gather.
• Listen to and understand information provided by others.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity in professional/business relationships and behaviors.
• Develop and deliver communications that are clear, persuasive, and appropriate to a variety of audiences.
