In this circle we will:-Create our "Body of Art" to get in tune with our body's current health and wellbeing using body tracings, drawings, and recreating our picture of health.
-Using the text "Your Body Speaks Your Mind" by Deb Shapiro and "Heal Your Body" by Louise Hay, we will explore your body's way of speaking and discover new ways of being with and healing our body.
