Every month, we gather for a playful musical reset—an open invitation to laugh, make noise, and move to the beat. It’s about rediscovering joy, meeting kindred spirits, and giving your inner kid the space to be loud, messy, and free.
This August, our Jam is titled "Stick Around!" and it's all about rhythm sticks! This session will be full of movement, music, and interactive fun using these simple yet dynamic instruments.
No experience needed, just bring your heartbeat and your playful spirit! Dive into musical games that let you discover small percussion instruments, make some joyful noise, and connect with others through rhythm, laughter, and pure fun.

We’ve learned to quiet those instincts—to stay composed, to be “appropriate,” to act like grownups.But under all that conditioning, there’s still a part of you that just wants to play.

To be fully, wonderfully human.I’ll guide you through a musical experience that invites you to listen to the most important rhythm of all: your own heartbeat.

About the Organizer
Gabriela Rojas is a music educator with 13 years of experience and an advanced yoga instructor. Their work centers on creating spaces where adults can reconnect with joy, creativity, and the playful spirit we often lose as we grow older. They find deep fulfillment in witnessing people light up through music and movement.
, founded by Gabriela, is a space for that reconnection. The group will meet regularly—follow along for upcoming events.Street parking is free. This event is intended for adults to reconnect with your inner children, so please leave your real children at home.
