Lie back, relax, and allow the sound of crystal bowls, and koshi chimes whisk you off to a beautiful place, under the power and light of the August Full Moon.Along with a guided meditation, our intention for this session will be to relax deeply, release fears, doubts and insecurities and come to a place of inner peace and confidence. We will focus on being the best version of ourselves, manifesting what we truly want in life, and setting ourselves free from the things that confine us. Expect Angies magical lavender and rose tea, crystal infused water, and a free piece of LABRODITE, a beautiful deep green stone that will help ease and release fears, raise your personal vibration, increase your intuition, and protect you and your aura from negative energies. Yoga mat, eye mask, and Labrodite are provided.As always, our full moon sound Baths fill up quickly due to the small, intimate group size at this venue.
