With live music, we sing and do simple circle dances, using phrases and mantras brought to the Dances of Peace from many different spiritual traditions and messengers. All dances are taught, no experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. We will dance in the gymnasium, and enjoy some healthy snacks and conversation afterwards. It feels so good to be in spiritual community - in all times, but most especially now.
