Welcome to Dance Camp at The SPACE! Develop your skills in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, and contemporary – and have fun! Perfect for beginners as well as those with more experience. We focus on building self-esteem in a warm, supportive atmosphere. With classes for all levels - EVERYONE has fun and learns something new. And you get to be in a special end-of-week Choreography Showcase!Camps are a fun introduction to dance and theatre for kids 6-12 years old; Intensives offer those 12 and older more of a challenge. Musical Theatre Camps and Intensives each offer a variety of classes each day, including jazz, vocal training, improv, and acting. All camp sessions include an end of the week performance showcase!
With Dance Camps, Musical Theatre Camps, Teen Intensives, and a brand new Adult Ballet Summer Intensive there’s something for everyone at The SPACE this summer.
Camp dates are:
July 11–15: Dance Camp
July 18–22: Musical Theatre Camp
July 25–29: Teen Musical Theatre Intensive
August 8–12: Musical Theatre Camp
August 15–19: Dance Camp
August 23-27: Teen Dance Intensive
Our camp programs run Monday to Friday from 9am–3pm, with extended care hours for camps from 8am–6pm. Best of all? There’s still room for YOU, so register today!
While we’re still navigating through the pandemic, we are keeping some of our COVID policies in place. Masks are still required in the studio, and parents are asked to wait outside to drop off and pick up campers, as our lobby will remain closed. Campers no longer need to complete an online health screening, but please assess how you feel each day, and if you feel unwell, please stay home. Virtual Camp options are available for anyone unable to attend In Studio Camps. If you have any questions about our Summer Camp policies, please speak with Linette.
