We’re serving up a spicy blend of tango’s fire, gypsy jazz’s wanderlust, and a pop twist that’ll catch you off guard—in the best way.
Mimi Versace lays down violin licks so virtuosic they’ll make your heart race. El Ristu (Daniel Ristuccia) keeps it tight with percussion that’s pure musical magic. Marco Meyer, our Herb Alpert disciple, blows trumpet with a cool that’s downright addictive. David “Horatio”Hopwood slaps funky basslines, while Franké weaves jazzy guitar riffs that pull you into the groove.
We’re channeling Piazzolla’s passion, Grappelli’s finesse, Django’s grit, and—hold up—a dash of Jeff Lynne’s pop genius. But that’s not all. Toss in a hint of psychedelic gospel, a bluesy edge, and some unexpected pop hooks, and you’ve got a sound that’s as fresh as it is fearless.

12:30 PM to 3:00 PM - Open Mic (White Board Session) Bring your stories, your instruments, your voice, your favourite song- whatever your heart desires. The stage is open to all. It's your moment to shine in our welcoming, creative community. Sign-ups are first-come, first-served, so be sure to arrive early to secure your spot!
3:30 PM to 4:30 PM - Grab a cold drink from our bar, sit back, and be entertained by Mina Copada.
Bar notice: Just a heads-up that our bar is cash-only. But don't worry, you can easily grab some cash at the front counter using your EFTPOS card. We've noticed a few puzzled faces when it comes to this setup, so we want to make sure everyone's in the loop! This way, you won't miss a beat (or a drink) during the performances.
