It's time for Cheese Club! This month we will be offering six cheeses from White Lake Cheese including some new ones.White Lake Cheese are based near Shepton Mallet. Roger is a 3rd generation farmer and cheese making started way back in the 1930s with his grandfather making a traditional cheddar from the family herd, evolving through the generations to finally become White Lake Cheese in 2004. Delving into what was then a niche market of goat’s cheese production.
Since then, after years of innovation and pushing the boundaries of cheese creativity and production techniques has led to the company being at the forefront of the British artisan cheese sector.
We will have six of these wonderful cheese for you to try.
The cost for the cheese platter is £9.00 per person.
There will be three sittings, one at 7:30pm, one at 8:00pm and one at 8:30pm. We currently full for the 7:30pm session and nhave a few spaces at the other two sittings
