COVID-19 Precautions
COVID-19 is highly contagious and is known to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. By attending this event at Sharon Seventh-day Adventist church, you agree to abide by the procedures established by the church to protect attendees and staff, and you voluntarily assume the risk that you and/or your family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 either at the church or in the church worship service. You agree to assume all the risks of attendance and participation for you and your family, and you waive any liability against the church and any other parties.
To protect our community, Sharon Church will be following laws and guidelines set by the State of Oregon, CDC, OHA and Oregon Conference of SDA:
Sharon Church support team will be checking you into the service at the door.
Masks are required to enter the sanctuary and are to be worn at all times by attendees.
People are to remain 6 feet apart from one another. This includes in front of, between, and behind households.
There will be a limited number of support team members to greet you, answer questions pertaining to the guidelines, and monitor restrooms during the worship service.
Hand sanitizer stations will be set up and available.
Between events, Sharon Church support team will clean and sanitize the sanctuary which includes the foyer and restrooms.
To best protect our support team and community, the balcony and child room and classes will be closed. Please register all members of your family, including toddlers and infants as they do count toward our overall capacity for events.
Sabbath School will remain online.
Registration, Waitlist, and Cancellation
As you register, please reserve a "ticket" for everyone present in your party. This includes children, toddlers and infants as they count toward our overall capacity. You only need to provide one name, email and phone number per party, except for the number and ages of any kids. You will receive a confirmation email once you have registered. There is no need to bring your ticket as staff will have a list of those in attendance at the check-in table.
If you see that our event has filled up, feel free to sign up and be put on our waitlist. Sharon Church support team will be checking the waitlist periodically and will reach out if space becomes available.
If your plans have changed, please log back into Eventbrite and cancel your reservation. Canceling will enable us to make space for other groups. If you have questions on how to cancel, please reach out to our church office staff [email protected], 503-287-7649
