Tour Terms & Conditions:
- It does not include airfare, airport transfers, travel insurance (strongly recommended), and additional onsite purchases.
- Room rates are based on double occupancy (two in a room) and must have the other Guest's name at registration.
- The Group tour starts on Monday, Aug 11, 2025, in Vietnam for 1st day. Hotel, check-in is at 3 pm and ends on Thursday, Aug 21 in Vietnam (Total of 10 days & 9 nights)
- Please plan airfare arrivals/departures accordingly.

- Hotel check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 12:00 noon
Tour Price Inclusions: Transportation in a modern, clean, AC-equipped vehicle, all hotel accommodations, breakfast and lunch or dinner daily, some lunches as per the itinerary, all touring and entrance fees as per the itinerary, the service of a full-time, licensed and experienced, English-speaking tour guide/manager, gratuities for the guide and driver.
Tour Price Exclusions: Drinks with lunches and dinners other than water (other drinks available on site at additional cost), lunches and other meals not mentioned in the itinerary, personal expenses such as laundry service and telephone calls, travel insurance, gratuities for hotel waiters and porters and any items not included in “Tour Price Inclusions”.
1. PAYMENT: Payment for the tour must be made directly by the passenger or by the travel advisor, who is the passenger's agent for the collection and remittance of tour payments. No other person is authorized to request, receive, or collect payments. NEVERTHELESS, TRUE STRIVE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE ONLY FOR GOOD FUNDS PAID TO AND RECEIVED BY TRUE STRIVE. A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking. The balance of the tour price must be received no later than June 10, 2025, to confirm your reservations. Full payment received after June 10, 2025, is subject to a $95 late fee. Prices indicated are for payment by cash, check, or wire transfer.
2. CANCELLATION CHARGES: No cancellation charges will be assessed prior to April 25, 2025, except for a $75 administrative fee. Cancelations made after April 25, 2025, will be assessed a $500 penalty which will cover the cancellation fees charged by the airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
3. INSURANCE: Travel insurance is recommended and must be purchased prior to departure.
4. REFUNDS: All claims for refunds must be made before departure in writing to the tour operator. On or after a day of departure, no refunds will be made for services not used.
5. RESPONSIBILITY: TRUE STRIVE agrees to arrange for the tour outlined in this contract which represents the agreement between the requesting guest(s) or tour leader/organizer and TRUE STRIVE. No changes or deviations are effective unless authorized by an officer of TRUE STRIVE. No other person is authorized to adjust, modify, cancel, or change this program or to make any representation or warranty concerning this tour. Except for willful negligence, TRUE STRIVE assumes no responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays, schedule changes, irregularity, or incidental damages resulting from circumstances beyond the control of TRUE STRIVE or by any person or reason, including but not limited to default or omission by any private or commercial carrier or third party providing services or facilities connected with this tour or any part thereof. TRUE STRIVE assumes no responsibility for acts or omissions on the part of the Tour Leader. The airlines or steamship lines are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not on board the plane, ship, or conveyance. The passenger contracts in use by the airline or steamship lines or other lines and passenger or purchaser of this tour and/or passage, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and/or steamship line and the purchaser and/or passenger, and TRUE STRIVE assumes no liability or any responsibility in connection therewith.
