Date/Time: Tuesday, December 23 at 6 pm and Wednesday, December 24 at 1, 3 and 5 pmDetails: Join us in serving our Brookwood family and guests as we celebrate Jesus' birth this Christmas Eve.
Candlelighter: Light candles at a cue time in the service for a specific section. Ages 13 and up.
Candle Riser: Distribute candles at a specific riser entrance prior to the service. Collect candles after the service.
Serve Coffee and Hot Chocolate: Make and serve coffee and hot chocolate with hospitality. Ages 13 and up must be accompanied by an adult.
Floater: Fill any position that has been unexpectedly vacated.
Greeter: Welcome our Brookwood family and guests with warm hellos and friendly smiles. Help redirect families to overflow areas if necessary.
Information/Welcome Center: Extend hospitality to our Bookwood family and guests by being a resource for information regarding the service and Brookwood.
Offering Collectors: Collect offering at specified time during the service. Ages 18 and up.
Overflow Crew: Hospitality Crew for our overlow areas. Greet, usher, light candles and collect offering.
Spreading Christmas Cheer: Take pictures at photo opportunity areas, assist people on where to go and with overflow direction, welcome and answer questions for our Brookwood family and guests.
Worship Attendant: Greet at hallway entrance doors. Ensure doors close at the start of service and remain in the hallway during service asking our Brookwood family and guests to re-enter through the tunnel entrances to prevent light distraction during the service.
