OmniArts Nebraska is holding AUDITIONS for the Tony award-winning play, GOD OF CARNAGE, by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton, on Monday, February 17, and Tuesday, February 18 (6-9pm at St. Paul United Methodist Church). If needed, callbacks will be held on Thursday, February 20.For the audition, please prepare a 1-2 minute contemporary monologue. Sides will also be available. Rehearsals begin the week of February 24 and will be held on weeknights or as actor availability allows.

About the Show:
A playground altercation between eleven-year-old boys brings together two sets of Brooklyn parents for a meeting to resolve the matter. At first, diplomatic niceties are observed, but as the meeting progresses, and the rum flows, tensions emerge and the gloves come off, leaving the couples with more than just their liberal principles in tatters.
