On January 11th & 12th, 2026, Mercury Players will hold auditions for their production of The Threepenny Opera at the Bartell Theatre, 113 E Mifflin St Madison.Auditions are 7-9pm. Please arrive on time!

Also this is not actually an opera so, a) you donât actually need to be an opera singer b) unlike opera there are speaking roles too, c) in summation: itâs a musical with opera in the title but it is not an opera
