Peoria Players announces auditions for Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street!Friday, October 18th beginning at 6pm

All auditionees must be at least 18 years of age or older. Reservations are required for auditioning. To audition, sign up for a time at the following link. Upon signing up, you’ll be sent directions and music to prepare for auditions.

ROLES AVAILABLE:
Sweeney Todd
A wrongfully imprisoned barber singularly focused on bloody revenge. Vocal range: Gb4-F2
Mrs. Lovett
An amoral pie shop owner who turns Todd’s desire for revenge into a profitable business venture. Vocal range: E5-G3
Anthony Hope
A naive and youthful sailor returning to London who unexpectedly falls in love with Johanna. Vocal range: F4-Bb2
Johanna
A spritely girl, full of innocence, constantly yearning for freedom. Todd's long-lost daughter and Turpin's ward. Vocal range: A5-Bb3
Tobias Ragg
Apprenticed to Pirelli and finds a surrogate family in Todd and Lovett. Vocal range: Ab4-Bb2
Judge Turpin
A lecherous public official posing as a sanctimonious authoritarian. Vocal range: Gb4-E2
Beadle Bamford
A pompous public official deeply loyal to the corrupt Turpin. Vocal range: D5-D3
Beggar Woman
A deranged woman who harbors a dark, surprising secret. Vocal range: F5-Ab3
Adolfo Pirelli
A flamboyant Italian rival barber and charlatan with a secret past. Vocal range: C5-B2
Jonas Fogg
Owner of Fogg's Asylum who sells the hair of madmen to wigmakers.
