Mouse River Players is gearing up for auditions for Murder on the Orient Express.Audition Dates:
Saturday, November 9 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, November 10 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Monday, November 11 from 2:00 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.
Roles are available for 5 female actors and 5 male actors of various ages.
Auditions are open to anyone ages 16 and older.
No prepared audition necessary. Auditioners will be asked to do cold readings of several selections from the script.
The show has characters who speak in a variety of accents, which the director may request you try during your audition.
Cautions: The show does include a murder and two characters kiss during the performance.

Summary from Concord Theatricals:
Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks. The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year, but by the morning it is one passenger fewer. An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, stabbed eight times, his door locked from the inside. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, the passengers rely on detective Hercule Poirot to identify the murderer – in case he or she decides to strike again.
