The Peoria Area Civic Chorale is now accepting audition applications for the Fall/Winter Season.The Civic Chorale is an auditioned, community-based vocal ensemble of approximately 60-75 dedicated and passionately committed avocational singers from throughout Central Illinois. The Civic Chorale is dedicated to performing a wide variety of repertoire, all with stylistic integrity, technical excellence, and an expressiveness
that engages both singers and audiences alike.
The 2024-2025 concert season will be the 32nd and final season for Dr. Joseph Dean Henry, current Artistic Director/Conductor.
In person auditions for the Fall/Winter season of 2024 will be held at the First Christian Church on 6400 N. University in Peoria on August 20th. Virtual auditions for those unable to attend August 20th may be submitted anytime up to and including August 20, 2024.
