ActOut Theatre Group announces auditions for Del Shore’s A Very Sordid Wedding, the hilarious sequel to Sordid Lives.Auditions will take place in the Large Meeting Room of the Lexington Public Library Eastside Branch (3000 Blake James Dr., Lexington) on Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. and on Monday, May 6, 2024, from 4 to 6:30 p.m.
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. 17 actors of all gender identities and ethnicities needed. Roles limited to actors 18 years of age and up.
Note: The role of Brother Boy has been cast.
Performance dates are July 12, 13, 19, 20 and 21 at the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center.
Cast members will receive a stipend.
